In response to player and parent demand for advanced training and to help prepare players for travel soccer, Radnor Soccer Club is pleased to announce that we will again offer a U8 Developmental Program for both boys and girls.*  This program will run in the fall, winter and spring and will be overseen by our most senior coaches and best teachers of soccer.  Register here.

This fall, the U8 Developmental Program will consist of eight advanced training sessions conducted by Alan Mezger (Director of Soccer), Kirk Johnson (Director of Coaching – Boys Travel) and David Castellanos (Director of Coaching – Girls Travel).

Who Is Eligible:  The program is open to all 2010 and 2011 birth year players registered in the Radnor Soccer League.  It is intended as a supplement to the RSL program for those players who desire additional training and more advanced training as they prepare for travel soccer.

When and Where:  The fall program will consist of eight Sunday evening training sessions from 6:00 -7:00 pm at Memorial Field beginning on Sunday, August 27, 2017 (no Labor Day weekend training).

Cost:  $175.

Registration:  Register here.

We will also offer a winter component and a spring component for this group.  The scope of the winter program will depend in part on gym availability but will likely include play at YSC.  We anticipate that the spring component will include additional training beyond the spring soccer program and possibly Central League play.  Details of the winter and spring elements of the program (and costs) will be announced in October.  Registration and payment for winter and spring will be separate from registration for the fall element.

*          We anticipate significant interest in the U8 Developmental Program.  To ensure a robust    program, though, we do have a minimum registration threshold.
