IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: By registering for Radnor Soccer Club “RSC” programs, the participant, and parents / guardians (as applicable) acknowledge the highly contagious nature of Covid-19 and solely and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection. Participants, and parents/guardians, further acknowledge that exposure to Covid-19, and any subsequent infection thereof, may result in expenses, illness, injury, disability or death and agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless RSC, including its employees and representatives, from any claims arising from Covid-19 exposure or infection before, during or after participation in any RSC program / activity. In addition to all other rules related to the individual’s participation, the participant agrees to comply with all Covid-related protocols and procedures, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing, social-distancing, vaccinations, and quarantines, whether implemented by federal, state, and local health officials and/or Radnor Soccer Club leadership and Board of Directors.
