Training starts next week!  Are you ready?  It’s not too late:


  1. Find a good ball and pump it up. 2006-9 birth year players use a Size 4 ball.  Older           players need a Size 5.


  1. Find your training shirt – you will need it for all training sessions.


  1. Work on juggling the ball. Set a score and then beat it.
