Registration for the Radnor Soccer League is now open and will remain open until June 15th. We will host an informational meeting on May 23, 2017 from 7:00-8:30pm in the Black Box Theater at Radnor High School (use the Main Entrance to RHS). There, you will get to hear from and ask questions of our Director of the Radnor Soccer League, Thorne Holder, and others about the revamped program.
What: Radnor Soccer League (“RSL”) is Radnor Soccer Club’s intramural program that is designed to introduce soccer to our youngest players and to provide a forum where our older players can continue to play and develop in soccer without the commitment required by travel soccer.
What Is New?: New this year is the hiring of a full time Director of the Radnor Soccer League, Thorne Holder, and a full time Assistant Director, Matt Torresani. They will develop and oversee the curriculum for our RSL athletes and will guide and assist our volunteer parent coaches in implementing the program.
When: The season starts the Saturday after Labor Day and runs through mid-November. Games will be held on a weekly basis on Saturdays and practices will be held one night per week. Registration begins on April 19th and runs through June 15th. For information on exact dates, please refer to the RSL page of our website.
Where: All games and practices are scheduled on a consistent basis and are held in Radnor at Dittmar Field, Warrren Filipone Park and at Radnor High School.
Who: RSL is open to all kids entering Kindergarten through the 12th grades at the start of the Fall season.
Fees: The cost for the RSL 2017 Fall season is $135 per player if registered by June 15th. After June 15th, a $50 late charge will apply. Players will receive a jersey and socks as part of their registration.
